Severe weather is forecast for Sunday, January 5, throughout Indiana. While Masses in the Pastorate will not be canceled, please use your discretion when deciding whether to attend. If attending Mass would be dangerous, the obligation to participate does not apply. You can attend the Saturday Masses at 4:00 pm at St. Mary Anderson or 4:30 pm at St. Mary Alexandria, or livestream the Mass via the Pastorate website. Eucharistic Adoration will be shortened, concluding at 12:00 Noon on Sunday. Please stay safe and let us pray for each other.
Each January, the Merciful H.E.L.P. Center from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish in Carmel, Indiana, hosts CommUNITY Care Day at Holy Cross School in Anderson. This event supports hundreds of Madison County families with food, school supplies, and more. For 2025, it will be held on January 11th, and volunteers are essential for its success. St. Ambrose Church is in need of a Sacristan who can not only do the normal Mass duties but can also assist with laundering the altar linens, setting up for a funeral, and providing the church office with candle, host, and wine inventories.
