As you probably know, severe weather is forecast for Sunday, January 5, throughout Indiana
We will NOT be canceling any of the Masses in the Pastorate, but please use your discretion in deciding whether or not you should attend.
The obligation to participate in Sunday Mass is not an absolute obligation.
If coming to Mass would be dangerous for you or for others on the roads, then your obligation to participate certainly does not apply. The obligation to keep the Sabbath holy does apply, and each person/family is encouraged to find a way to do that if Mass attendance is impossible or dangerous.
The best option may be to come to Saturday Mass, at 4:00pm at St. Mary Anderson or 4:30 pm at St. Mary Alexandria.
If you are unable to physically attend, you can also livestream the Mass by following this link to the Pastorate website: https://stambrosestmary.org/
We will shorten Eucharistic Adoration, which begins after the 9:30 Sunday Mass at St. Ambrose. Adoration will conclude with simple reposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 12:00 Noon,
Please stay safe! Let us pray for each other.
