It all started around 2010 with a few cans of food and a locker.
Back then, if someone needed food, they could go to these lockers and choose what they needed from them.
Through the generosity of others, the food pantry gradually expanded over the years. By 2022, it became a full-time community outreach ministry. Our food pantry operates solely from food donations and funds given to us to purchase food items.
Despite our size, we are open over 50 hours a month more than any other pantry in Madison County. We also have local partnerships with other food pantries that provide us with excess produce, a meat wholesaler in Indianapolis that delivers to us, and St. John Vianney Church in Fishers.
Hours of operation can change without notice. Please call the parish office at 765-644-5956 before visiting.
Mondays - Date and Time Varies. Please call ahead before visiting.
Thursday - 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday - 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Visitors can receive food from the pantry once a month and may choose from what we have that day.
We do not require ID or proof of address; no one has to prove they are hungry to receive food from our pantry.
We can always use more volunteers!
Volunteers can help on food pantry days by meeting, greeting, and helping distribute food to our visitors.
Contact the parish office at 765-644-5956 and tell them you would like to help out in our food ministries!
