There are two HVAC units servicing Zimmer Hall and one that services the narthex of the church. These units have served the parish well, but they have reached the end of their lifespan and are ineffective and inefficient.

The project: Replacement of the three existing units and the addition of a 4-ton ductless unit for Zimmer Hall to increase cooling capacity.
